This is not a free product giveaway.

Our Product Tester Program is designed for cleaners who are willing to actively participate in helping us grow and strengthen The Cleaning Collective community by sharing their genuine experiences with our products.

If you are selected, you will receive a product free of charge in exchange for creating content that we can use across our marketing channels.

Please do NOT add this item to your cart if:

  • You are not placing an order with us.

  • You are simply looking for free products.

  • You are unwilling to create photo and video content.

  • You do not have the time to properly test the product and provide feedback.

Products are shipped with existing customer orders. We cannot send separate shipments for product testing requests.

What's Expected of Product Testers?

If selected, you are committing to:

✅ Testing the product across 3–5 real cleaning tasks

✅ Taking clear photos and videos of the product being used

✅ Sharing your honest experience and results

✅ Providing content that The Cleaning Collective can use for social media, advertising, website content, and community education

✅ Helping fellow cleaners learn how products perform in real-world situations

This program is about more than testing products. It's about showing up, sharing your experience, building confidence on camera, and helping us create valuable content that supports and grows our cleaning community.

At The Cleaning Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our returns process is simple and hassle-free:

  • Easy Returns: Return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Available for different sizes or colors of the same item.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
